Even though
we’ve served Northern New Mexico since 1977, we
still find people who are not familiar with our name
and products and the depth of our experience.
We would like to take this opportunity to personally
introduce T.C. & I. to you….
T. C. & I. Construction Co., Inc. is a privately
held company founded in 1977 by Larry L. Wilson and
Larry’s son Les Wilson, who was T.C. & I.’s
first certified foam applicator. Larry introduced the
Polyurethane Foam Roof System to Northern New Mexico
and has set the standard for polyurethane Foam Roof
Systems. Our system offers: Sprayed in-place seamless
protection; Durability; Insulation; decreased heating
and cooling costs. After 26 years leading the company
Larry retired as owner and has taken on the roll as
consultant for T.C. & I. Larry sold the operation
to Les Wilson and Camille Montoya-Wilson in 2003.
