Even though we have served Northern New Mexico since
1977, we still find people who are not familiar with
our name and products and the depth of our experience.
We would like to take this opportunity to personally
introduce T.C. & I. to you.
T. C. & I. Construction is a privately held company
founded in 1977 by Larry L. Wilson, who was T.C. &
I,’ s first certified foam applicator. Larry introduced
the polyurethane Foam Roof System to Northern New Mexico
and has set the standard for polyurethane Foam Roof
Systems. Our system offers: Sprayed in-place seamless
protection; Durability; Insulation; decreased heating
and cooling costs. After 26 years of managing the company
Larry retired as owner and sold the operation to Camille
Montoya in 2003. Camille Montoya has been with T.C.
& I. Roofing and Insulation since 1985. We are proud
to be a (8a) minority woman owned business.
